SHIPPING POLICY
The price of shipping is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the sale price unless it has been negotiated into the price of the watch. We ship via UPS with insurance for the full sale value of the item. Other shipping arrangements can be made upon request of the customer. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of used watches are not accepted.
New watches may be returned with 30 days when all the following criteria have been met
1. The watch must be in unworn condition with all plastic and labels in place
2. All items included in the original purchase (box, papers, bands, etc) will be returned in the original condition.
3. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns.
4. Customers can also choose a 95% store credit.
