24-Hour Return Policy

Your confidence in your purchase is important to us. We take great care to ensure every watch we offer meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. For your peace of mind, we provide a 24-hour inspection period upon delivery.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to request return instructions. We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally delivered. Any signs of wear, damage, misuse, tampering, or alteration may result in either:

  • A service fee equal to 50% of the watch’s value, or

  • Refusal of the return, in which case the watch will be sent back to you.

To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number, full name, phone number, and address.

Returns will not be accepted if the watch has been serviced, opened, or modified while in your possession.

Items Not Covered
The following are not eligible for return or complimentary repair consideration:

  • Damage caused by the buyer

  • Any evidence that the watch has been serviced

  • Any indication that parts have been removed, replaced, or altered

Defective Products
If your watch is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, we will repair it at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping both ways for approved defective-item claims.
